    Most supports can begin within 3–7 days, depending on availability and participant needs. Urgent cases may be prioritised.

    Yes. We support Agency‑Managed, Plan‑Managed, and Self‑Managed participants.

    Yes, we provide safe and reliable transport for appointments, shopping, community activities, and social outings.

    All CECP staff hold NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid/CPR, police checks, and receive ongoing training in person‑centred care, cultural safety, and professional practice.

    Yes. Our team can support participants with higher support needs. More complex cases are reviewed individually to ensure safe and appropriate care.

    Starting CECP Services is simple and personalised. We begin with an initial contact or referral, followed by a discussion about your needs, goals, culture, language, and preferences. Together, we develop a tailored support plan, complete the service agreement, and match you with suitable support staff. Once services commence, we provide ongoing support and regular reviews to ensure your needs and goals continue to be met.
